We are based in Gorebridge, a few miles south of Edinburgh. The business takes its name from the fact my home studio, and local area, was once at the very heart of the coal mining industry.

Industry may well have changed, but we are proud to work closely with several established companies, in numerous sectors, as well as helping a host of smaller start-up businesses and individuals.

We pride ourselves on working in a way that best serves the client and the project. Working collaboratively with clients, technologists, experts in other fields or functioning as a stand-alone resource. We believe in the importance of understanding what our client needs, and keeping the process lean.

Industry Cottage was established in 2014, after 15 years of agency and commercial experience. Industry knowledge, and combined with a Masters Degree in Fine Art gives our client a huge arc of experience to draw from.
